What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare,



cook and serve meals in line with menu and dietary requirements
- Apply food safety, hygiene and workplace health procedures
- Maintain food safety documentation and compliance standards
- Manage stock control and stock rotation
- Support productive kitchen operations and minimise waste
- Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook within hospitality, healthcare or aged care
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive workplace culture
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
