Are you after an exciting, energetic part-time role?
We're looking for someone who is bubbly, reliable and customer-focused. Must have proficient verbal, written and numeracy skills, along with at least 1 year experience in the dental field. Someone who lives around the St George area would be beneficial, although not necessary.
Who we are:
A friendly, established dental & denture clinic located in the heart of Kogarah- Only a 3 minute walk from Kogarah station.
Some things you'll be doing:
- Providing chair-side assistance alongside the Dentist
- Answering phone calls/ booking appointments in a polite and confident manner
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed (e.g. billing, maintaining patient records etc.)
- Processing payments and health fund claiming on HICAPS terminal
- Routinely maintaining and sterilising equipment
- Ad hoc duties
- Can use/ or willing to learn D4W software
About You:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the dental field
- Confident communication and English proficiency
- Able to multi-task and adaptable
- Attentive to patient's needs/ great customer service
- Knowledgeable in marketing and social media would be advantageous
- Neat and tidy appearance- always with a smile!
- Can speak the Chinese language (preferable)
This position is approximately 2-3 days per week.
