Transport Allocator / Relief Driver

We’re looking for an experienced Transport Allocator / Relief Driver to join our Eagle Farm team. This is primarily an office-based role covering driver allocations, rostering and customer service, with occasional driving cover. A current HR or HC licence is required.

This is a full-time, on-site position, with hours of Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate driver and vehicle allocations, rosters and delivery schedules.
- Adjust plans for delays or urgent requests and keep drivers, warehouse teams and customers informed.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates and ETAs.
- Monitor driver hours, fatigue and breaks, and support compliance with CoR, WHS and company requirements.
- Maintain operational records and reports, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Provide occasional HR/HC driving cover when required.

What You’ll Bring

- A current HR or HC driver’s licence.




- At least three years’ experience in customer service, allocation, rostering or administration, preferably within transport or logistics.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and rostering or logistics software.
- Knowledge of CoR, HVNL and WHS requirements.
- Ability to undergo the required police checks and obtain an ASIC.
- A proactive approach and ability to work well within a team.

Highly Regarded

- Certificate III or higher in Transport and Logistics.
- CoR or Dangerous Goods awareness training.
- Relevant RACA or AACA training.
