Rewired Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated occupational therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of NDIS participants of all ages with varying disabilities. Support will be provided within the participant's home or school environment, and you will be responsible for writing NDIS reports related to functional capacity, assistive technology prescription, supported independent living, and specialist disability accommodation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, including both paediatric and adult populations
- Conduct a range of assessments
- Write detailed progress notes and NDIS reports, including functional capacity reports and applications for assistive technology and SIL/SDA
- Liaise with participants' support networks and multidisciplinary teams
- Travel within the community, with participants allocated within 30 minutes of your home (if the driving distance is longer than this, a cluster of participants will be provided to ensure you have a full day)
About you
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- NDIS Workers Screen (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Own a car due to the nature of the role
- Solid time management, organisation, prioritisation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Current full working rights in Australia

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
