A Support Facilitator will assist individuals or up to 3 participants navigate community services, achieve personal goals, and access required care or developmental support. Participating in social outings and current experiences with a dedicated support company.
Pay: $32.88 – $44.59 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 37.0 per week
