The Role
We're looking for an experienced roofers — someone who can not only deliver quality work but also become part of our crew, keep jobs running smoothly, and set the standard on site.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily tasks and keeping projects on track
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Communicating with supervisors
- Leading by example — on the tools and in attitude
What you'll be doing
- Installing metal roofing and flashings to commercial specifications
- Lead by example — work ethic, attitude, and standards
- Communicate clearly with both crew and management
- Setting the standard — in workmanship and attitude
What you'll need to be considered
- Full Australian working rights (essential)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial metal roofing experience
- White Card and Working at Heights ticket (essential)
- Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
- Confidence leading a crew and making decisions on site
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perth WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
