Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
Location: Ravenhall (In office)

About the Role

Assigned Guardian Angel (AGA), a registered NDIS provider, is seeking a creative, organised and compassionate Day Program Coordinator to manage and facilitate activities at our Capacity Building Hub.

This is a hands-on role involving program planning, class facilitation, participant support and daily coordination. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people with disability and can bring fresh ideas to our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and facilitate engaging daily activities and classes.
- Develop creative programs that promote independence, confidence and social skills.
- Coordinate staff, schedules, resources and daily operations.
- Provide hands-on participant support, including personal care when required.
- Transport participants for pickups, drop-offs and community activities when needed.
- Maintain attendance records, documentation and communication with families.
- Follow individual care plans, safety procedures and NDIS requirements.
- Assist with community engagement,



marketing and participant enrolments where appropriate.

About You

- Experience in disability support, community services, education or a related field.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Confident facilitating activities for participants with varying abilities.
- Creative, proactive, compassionate and adaptable.
- Comfortable providing personal care and hands-on disability support.
- Hold a valid driver's licence and willing to transport participants.
- Available Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 4:30pm.

Desirable but not essential: Experience in day program coordination, marketing, social media or community engagement.
