YOUR MISSION IS TO:
Be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit better
Help grow our member community and hit engagement targets
Keep the floor looking brilliant: stocked, tidy and ready to impress
Spot opportunities to boost sales through great advice and merchandising
Follow S2/S3 medicine protocols and refer to the pharmacist when needed
Bring promotions and campaigns to life with eye-catching displays
Handle POS transactions with accuracy and confidence
Pitch in with a team that has your back, even when it gets busy

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience: Substantial face-to-face retail experience. You're confident,



polished and at home on the shop floor, in pharmacy, health and beauty or another customer-focused environment
Customer magic: A proven knack for building rapport fast and giving advice people trust
Flexibility: Availability for casual shifts, including weekends and afternoons
Communication: Transparent, warm and capable, on the floor and on the phone
Heart: A genuine passion for health and wellbeing, and a positive, team-first attitude
Bonus: Pharmacy experience or a Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy
