About the role
This is a self-employment opportunity, not a traditional salaried role. Earnings are uncapped and depend entirely on your individual performance and hours invested. You'll join a team of established professionals, with structured training, mentoring and proven global systems behind you from the very first day.
What you'll do
- Hold thoughtful conversations with professionals ready for their own growth
- Help clients choose personal development programmes that suit their goals
- Build genuine, lasting relationships through your network and referrals
- Shape your own strategy and schedule, supported by explicit systems
- Mentor others as your work grows
Who this is for
- Six or more years in marketing, sales, leadership, consulting or business ownership
- A genuine interest in personal growth
- Self-motivated, coachable and grounded
- Comfortable with a performance-based income
