Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking skilled and reliable Professional Cement Renderers and Labourers to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Cement Renderers and Labourers to carry out various rendering tasks on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with sand-cement mixes, various cement render finishes, and installation of PVC corners around doors and windows. A strong understanding of different rendering techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply sand-cement mixes for rendering walls and surfaces

Achieve smooth, consistent finishes with various cement render techniques (including sponge finish and others)

Install PVC corner beads around windows, doors, and external corners

Ensure high-quality standards are maintained on all render jobs

Work efficiently within a team, following instructions and working toward daily goals

Maintain a clean and safe work setting on-site





Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in cement rendering, including mixing and applying sand-cement mixes

Experience with various render finishes, including sponge finish, textured finishes, etc.

Proficiency in installing PVC corners around windows and doors

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job sites will be located across Western Sydney
