What You'll Be Doing

This is a wide-ranging, practical role where you'll spend much of your time visiting projects throughout Sydney, looking after established green infrastructure and assisting with new installations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Caring for plants across vertical gardens, rooftop gardens, and landscaped areas
- Undertaking routine gardening activities, including pruning, planting, feeding, and weed control
- Monitoring plant health and resolving issues affecting growth and appearance
- Operating, inspecting, and maintaining automated watering and fertiliser delivery systems
- Investigating irrigation faults, leaks, pump problems, and other technical issues. (Training provided)




- Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Completing site reports and documenting work undertaken
- Occasionally supporting the installation of new greenwalls and greenroofs

You'll receive practical training to familiarise yourself with our unique systems and installation methods.

Who Would Suit This Position?

We're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, is comfortable using tools, and takes pride in completing a job properly.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in gardening, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a similar hands-on trade. Experience on Greenwalls and Greenroofs not required, we can train you on these systems.
- An interest in plants and how growing systems work
- Confidence working independently and making practical decisions on site
- A willingness to learn about irrigation, pumps, and automated watering systems
- Good time management and the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- The physical ability to work outdoors and undertake tasks on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops when required
- A current driver's licence

Previous irrigation experience is advantageous but isn't essential. We're equally interested in applicants with a great attitude, practical ability,



and a willingness to learn.

Location & Working Hours

Our operations are based in Ingleside on Sydney's Northern Beaches, with projects located throughout the wider Sydney region.

- Full-time position available, with casual employment also considered
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
- Workdays generally begin at our Ingleside nursery
- Regular travel between project sites across Sydney
- Predominantly outdoor work with a combination of independent and team-based activities
