RoadTek Mackay is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead a significant road infrastructure program and help shape the future of transport delivery across the region.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll provide direction across a complex portfolio of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes in safety, quality, customer service and business performance. What You'll Be Doing

Leading the delivery of complex road and transport infrastructure programs.
Driving operational and financial performance across the business unit.
Developing and mentoring Project Managers and operational leaders.
Building strong relationships with customers, industry partners and stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiencies and business growth.
Championing a positive safety culture and workforce wellbeing.
Contributing to strategic planning and the long-term success of RoadTek.
