Key Responsibilities

- Organise, prepare and stage materials in the warehouse for upcoming jobs.
- Ensure technicians have the correct parts, materials and equipment ready before attending jobs.
- Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory.
- Order materials and parts as required, keeping costs down and avoiding unnecessary purchases.
- Pick up materials from suppliers and trade stores as required.
- Deliver urgent materials to technicians on-site when needed
- Manage unused materials and organise supplier returns to recover costs and reduce waste.
- Track returned materials and follow up on supplier credits and refunds.
- Restock technician vehicles and ensure commonly used parts are readily available.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure tools, equipment and materials are stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Take ownership of warehouse operations and identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, logistics role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good stock management skills and attention to detail.




- Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to help wherever needed.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for keeping the warehouse running efficiently.
- A robust focus on reducing material waste, controlling costs and keeping stock organised.
- Valid driver's licence (MUST!!!!)
- Forklift licence advantageous, if applicable to the role.
- Previous HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry experience will be highly regarded, with candidates who have HVAC knowledge or experience strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
