IT Support Level 2 Engineer role with dynamic MSP/n IT Support Engineer (Level 2) /n HAYS | Perth, WA /n HAYS is partnering with a well-established, mid-sized Managed Service Provider in Perth to recruit an experienced /n IT Support Engineer (Level 2). The Role /n As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will provide remote and on-site support to a range of businesses, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering effective solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and end-user technologies. /n

Key responsibilities
include: /n /n
- Providing Level 2 technical support across multiple client environments /n
- Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies /n
- Managing Azure AD / Entra ID environments /n
- Deploying and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions /n
- Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless networks /n
- Building, configuring, and deploying Windows Server environments from the ground up /n




- Escalating and resolving complex technical issues /n
- Maintaining documentation and following service delivery processes /n
- Working closely with clients to deliver an exceptional support experience /n /n /n /nAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:✔ Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment✔ Strong Microsoft technology experience, including:/n /n
- Microsoft 365 /n
- Azure AD / Entra ID /n
- Microsoft Intune /n ✔ Networking knowledge, including:/n /n
- Network configuration and troubleshooting /n
- Routers, switches, wireless networking, and firewalls /n ✔ Server administration experience, including:/n /n
- Windows Server installation and configuration /n
- Active Directory /n
- DNS, DHCP, Group Policy /n
