Build the Future of Lending Technology/n Are you passionate about software development, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies? /n Metro Finance is seeking ambitious graduates to join our 12-month AI & Software Engineering Graduate Program, designed to develop the next generation of software, data and AI professionals. /n This program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across software engineering, quality assurance, AI engineering and data platforms while working on real business problems that impact customers, brokers and internal teams. About the Program/n The program is structured in two phases designed to provide both strong engineering foundations and exposure to emerging AI technologies. Phase 1 – Software Engineering & Quality Assurance/n During your first six months, you’ll work alongside our Development and QA teams, learning how enterprise software is designed, built, tested and deployed. /n You’ll gain experience in: /n /n

- Working within cross-functional technology teams /n Phase 2 – AI Engineering & Data/n During the second six months, you’ll join Metro’s AI, Architecture and Data team where you’ll gain exposure to: /n /n
