Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and emails from clients and vendors professionally and on time. /n
• Maintain and update client information in the company database, process invoices and payments, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment. /n
• Prepare estimates and paperwork for upcoming projects, review and organise files, and communicate with insurance companies and adjusters to process claims. /n
• Coordinate with team members on current projects and assist with scheduling and coordinating team members’ schedules. /n
• Follow up on pending projects and tasks, prepare reports and documents as needed, and respond to any remaining emails and phone calls. /n
• Review cashflow forecast with a business advisor and discuss booked jobs as required. /n /n /n /n
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the restoration or cleaning industry. /n
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. /n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. /n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management. /n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /n
• A valid driver’s licence /n
