Looking for Site Support Technician – Brisbane/n Your New Company:You will be joining a Leading Mining Company with significant operations across Australia. The organisation operates complex, technology-driven mining environments and relies on highly available Operational Technology (OT) and IT systems to maintain safe, reliable and efficient production. /n This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative technology operations environment supporting business-critical systems across major mining assets. Your Recent Role: /n As a Priority Support Specialist (Level 1.5), you will join the Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC) based in Brisbane. The team operates 24x7 on a Sportsman Roster, with a combination of day and night shifts. /n Shifts are 12.5 hours, including handover. /n You will monitor, manage and resolve incidents affecting safety and production-critical OT systems while working closely with operational teams, Level 2 and Level 3 support teams, vendors and technical specialists. Your

key responsibilities
will include: /n Proactively monitoring production-critical IT/OT systems and responding to system events and faults. /n Troubleshooting and restoring system availability in a structured and timely manner. /n Taking ownership of critical incidents and driving them through to resolution. /n Collaborating with dispatch, control teams, technical support teams, vendors and operational personnel. /n Performing planned maintenance activities and scheduled software installations. /n Supporting minor system improvement activities. /n Conducting regular checks of backup facilities to support business continuity.



/n Reviewing root causes of incidents and working with relevant teams to improve system reliability. /n Identifying potential risks and applying appropriate controls to minimise service and production impacts. /n Supporting integrated operations and production services across mining assets. What you will need to succeed: /n Mining, resources or industrial environments. /n Remote-site process control or operational technology support. /n Fleet Management Systems. /n Operational support of mission-critical services. /n Production-critical IT/OT environments. /n Candidates with transferable experience are also encouraged to apply if they have robust technical troubleshooting capabilities and an interest in supporting operational technology environments.
