About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable behaviour therapist to join our contracting behaviour therapy team!

This is a flexible prospect to work directly with children and adolescents to support the development of communication, social skills, adaptivity and flexible thinking skill through evidence-based behavioural interventions.

The successful applicant will be someone who builds positive relationships with clients and their families, work collaboratively with other professions and approaches each client with professionalism, respect, patience and a client-centred mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualised therapy to each client and their families.
Implement positive, evidence-based intervention.
Collect accurate session data and maintain clear clinical documentation.
Communicate regularly with families, caregivers and the clients support team.
Support clients to develop functional communication, independence, social skills and daily living skills.
Follow all relevant ethical, professional, privacy and safeguarding requirements.




Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality and appropriate safeguarding practices.

About You
Must have relevant qualifications in ABA, Psychology, behaviour support or another related field.
Relevant experience using ABA techniques and strategies
A current Working with Children Check.
A current Police Check.
A current Drivers License.
Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
Relevant insurance, registrations and professional credentials.
Must have a genuine interest in supporting children, adolescents and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
