Position: Store Manager

Salary: $79,423 per annum plus superannuation

Our client Fruitopia Mount Druitt is looking to fulfil a position of a Shop Manager immediately at their Mount Druitt NSW 2770 location.

The successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties and responsibilities:

- Determine and manage Fruitopia’s product range, inventory requirements, and customer service standards to ensure effective retail operations and meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and competitive pricing policies to maximise sales, maintain profitability, and support business growth.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, in-store advertising, and product displays to attract customers and increase awareness of Fruitopia’s products and services.
- Oversee retail sales activities, assist customers with product enquiries, and provide advice on product selection, quality, storage, and appropriate use.




- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, sales transactions, and financial activities to support effective business management.
- Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor operational expenses, review sales performance, and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
- Manage employee recruitment, selection, training, rostering, and supervision to maintain staff productivity, operational efficiency, and high customer service standards.
- Ensure the store complies with relevant occupational health and safety regulations, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace policies.

Requirements

- Relevant Australian diploma or higher in the industry or

- More than 3 years of work experience

- Punctual

- Team player

Pay: Up to $79,423.00 per year
