We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated male Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team to support our male clients living in Wynnum Brisbane 4178 Area

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting clients with community participation and social outings.
- In-home support and Community Access (CAS)Around 15 hours per week
- Calm, patient, and non-assertive approach
- Able to provide gentle prompting and respectful support
- Participant is independent but needs clear communication and emotional understanding.
- Someone reliable, kind, and committed long-term.
- Implementing support plans and promoting clients' independence.
- Building robust, positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

About You:

- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to learn.




- Certificate III in Disability Support Services or similar qualification is desirable,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the varying needs of clients.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check, and National
- Police Check.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
