Galaxy Marble Group Pty Ltd is a Western Sydney company that fabricates and installs stone benchtops for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced Stonemason to join our workshop and installation team in Girraween NSW.

Duties:

- Read plans, drawings and job specifications to set out dimensions and materials

- Cut, shape and polish engineered stone, quartz, natural marble and granite slabs

- Fabricate kitchen benchtops, splashbacks, vanities and island benches, including cut-outs, joins and edge profiles

- Operate workshop machinery such as bridge saws, edge polishers, grinders and routers

- Measure on site, then install benchtops accurately and to a high finish

- Repair and restore stone surfaces

- Follow WHS procedures, including silica dust controls and use of PPE

Requirements:





- At least 1 year of experience as a Stonemason in stone benchtop fabrication and/or installation

- Ability to read plans and work to accurate measurements

- Robust attention to detail and quality of finish

- Physically fit, able to handle heavy materials safely

- Current NSW driver licence preferred

What we offer:

- $80,000 - $90,000 per year plus superannuation
