On Cue is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Mat Pilates Instructor to join our Gladesville studio. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality classes that inspire strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.
On Cue is a boutique mat and hot mat Pilates studio in Gladesville. We’re all about strong, welcoming classes where members feel challenged, supported and eager to return.
We’re a small team and looking for an instructor who’ll fit right in.
About the role
We’re looking for a passionate mat Pilates instructor to teach 6-12 hours per week across our mat, hot mat and strength inspired class formats. You’ll be leading small-medium group classes, catering to all fitness levels by provide clear cueing and modifications. You’ll help clients progress safely, build confidence, and enjoy their movement journey at On Cue.
Key responsibilities
- Teach mat, hot mat and/or strength-based Pilates classes to a range of ages and abilities
- Modify exercises to accommodate different abilities, injuries, and special needs
- Plan and deliver well-structured classes that follow our studio format and keep session fresh
- Studio duties e.g. opening/closing, cleaning and reorganising props
- Onboard recent clients to the studio and the On Cue community
- Foster positive client relationships that encourage retention and referrals and promote studio campaigns
- Represent ON CUE with professionalism both in-person and online
About you
- Recognised Pilates Certification – essential
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Teach experience preferred, though we’re open to new instructors with great potential
- Comfortable teaching in a heated room
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Right to work in Australia

Schedule
- Early mornings (6:00am, 7:00am and 8:00am) – Thursday and Friday
- Evenings (5:30pm and 6:30pm) – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
