We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants. You will support clients helping them improve their functional abilities, independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech pathology assessments to identify participant's needs.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on participants' goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches to meet individual needs.
- Prepare progress reports, assessment reports and recommendations as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and NDIS-compliant documentation.
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, support workers and other allied health professionals.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other practitioners to support holistic, person-centred care.
About You
- Hold a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Be eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia and meet applicable qualified requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organisational and documentation skills.
- Be compassionate, reliable and committed to person-centred practice.
- Hold or be willing to obtain relevant checks and clearances required for the role, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check where applicable.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
