Male and Female Support Workers Needed | Casual | Immediate Start

We are seeking experienced Male and Female Support Workers to join our team supporting male and female participants living with dementia, mental health and various other special needs

About the Role

- Provide support with daily living tasks (personal care, meals, community access)
- Deliver person-centred care for individuals with dementia
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Requirements

- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or similar) or relevant experience
- Experience with dementia and complex behaviours
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers)
- Current NDIS Screening, First Aid/CPR & Driver’s Licence
