Job Title: Aged or Disabled Carer

Salary:
AUD $80,000, – $82,000 per annum + Superannuation Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available Task & responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Monitor participant wellbeing and report changes.
- Assist participants with therapeutic, rehabilitation and independence-building programs.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
- Support community participation where required. Qualification & experience Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or related field.
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid and CPR.




- Current driver licence. Desirable Attributes
- Experience with complex behaviours.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
