/n Your Position at St John of God Geelong Hospital /n /n We are seeking passionate and motivated Enrolled & Registered Nurses to join our Medical, Surgical and Inpatient Units at St John of God Geelong Hospital on a casual basis. /n /n This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Nurses looking for flexibility, variety and the opportunity to work across a range of clinical environments. You will care for a diverse patient cohort across our medical, surgical and inpatient wards, gaining exposure to a broad range of specialties and patient presentations. /n /n Working alongside experienced and supportive multidisciplinary teams, you will have the opportunity to utilise and further develop your clinical skills while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. /n /n Casual shifts are available across a variety of wards and may include AM, PM and night shifts, providing flexibility to suit your availability. /n /n The Position /n /n
- /n Provides direct, comprehensive and patient-centred nursing care in accordance with established hospital policies, procedures and Care Paths. /n
- /n Works collaboratively with patients, families, medical staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes. /n
- /n Assists with the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for allocated patients. /n
- /n Demonstrates sound clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, recognising and escalating changes in patient condition as clinically appropriate. /n
- /n Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation and communicates relevant patient information effectively during handover and throughout the patient journey. /n /n /n About You /n To succeed in this role, you will hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse and have recent experience within an acute medical, surgical or inpatient hospital environment. /n /n You will bring strong clinical assessment, communication and interpersonal skills,



together with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. - /n Enrolled Nurse casual hourly rate: $42.50 to $50.74 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus12% superannuation /n
- /n Registered Nurse casual hourly rate: $53.90 to $68.03 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), plus12% superannuation /n
