/n Summary: /n We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the organisation. /n

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. /n
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. /n
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance. /n
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns. /n
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial audits and implement recommendations.

- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances. /n
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. /n /n

Qualifications:
/n /n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /n
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a senior capacity. /n
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as financial regulations. /n
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. /n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. /n
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. /n /n
