You will engage customers face-to-face and over the phone, using your influencing and negotiation skills to agree on realistic, sustainable repayment solutions. /n

Key responsibilities
include: /n /n
- Meeting customers in person and driving outcomes through effective conversations /n
- Negotiating tailored payment plans based on individual customer circumstances /n
- Securing repayments and managing ongoing payment arrangements /n
- Building rapport and influencing customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes /n
- Managing your own pipeline and consistently working towards targets and KPIs /n




- Monitoring payment plans and proactively following up to ensure commitments are met /n
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements /n
- Managing your own diary, schedule, and travel /n

- Full Australian Driver’s Licence /n
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency /n
- Willingness to travel interstate (approximately one week per month, fully paid) /n

- Base salary of $88,500 + Super /n
- Uncapped commission structure (OTE $150K+) /n
