About the Role
/n We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support clients with chronic and complex disability and health needs within our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and community settings. /n Working alongside a supportive team of Nurses and Disability Support Workers, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating client care. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead to ensure high-quality, compliant, and person-centred outcomes. /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care aligned with individual care plans and NDIS requirements /n
- Monitor and respond to changes in client health and wellbeing /n
- Support clients with medication management, enteral feeding, personal care, and community participation /n
- Coordinate appointments and assist clients to achieve their goals and independence /n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and incident reports /n
- Provide clinical guidance and support to Disability Support Workers /n




- Ensure compliance with NMBA standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and organisational policies /n
- Participate in quality audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives /n What We’re Looking For/n Essential: /n /n
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration /n
- Strong clinical skills and care planning experience /n
- Experience supporting clients with complex health needs /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities /n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team /n
- Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain) /n
- Current Driver Licence and CPR Certificate /n /n Highly Desirable: /n /n
- Experience in paediatric complex care /n
- Experience in disability or community-based care /n
- Enteral feeding, medication administration, and complex care experience /n
- Knowledge of aspiration risk, respiratory support, or oxygen therapy /n
