Qualified Carpenter - SubContract Maintenance & Upgrade Works.

Janev Building & Painting Agency Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, qualified carpenter for maintenance & upgrade works on Homes Victoria properties across Melbourne.

Initially a subcontract role, with potential to move into full-time employment in the future by mutual agreement.

About the work:

* General carpentry maintenance & repairs.

* Installation & replacement of doors, windows & associated hardware.

Framing repairs, skirting, architraves & fix-out carpentry.

* Property refurbishment & upgrade works.

What you'll need:

* Relevant Experience

* Ability to assess repairs, solve problems & work independently

* Current ABN

* Own tools, reliable & current drivers licence.

* White Card

* Qualified approach & respect for tenants & their homes.

Subcontract rates negotiated based on experience & demonstrated skills, with scope for review based on performance.
