We are looking for an experienced and reliable Seafood All-Rounder to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inviting fresh fish display, preparing/filleting quality seafood, and cooking delicious customer favorites behind the counter.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Fresh Seafood Display: Set up, maintain, and refresh appealing visual iced displays of fresh fish and seafood throughout the shift.
- ​Filleting & Preparation: Scale, gut, pin-bone, and fillet a variety of fresh fish accurately and efficiently according to customer orders and shop stock standards.




- ​Cooking & Kitchen Operations: Fry, grill, and prepare fish and chips, seafood orders, and sides to high-quality standards.
- ​Customer Service: Assist customers, answer questions about seafood cuts, take retail and hot food orders, and handle transactions.
- ​Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene, safe food handling, and cleanliness across display counters, preparation areas, and cooking stations.

Pay: $27.91 – $35.00 per hour
