Project Manager Managing large infrastructure projects/n Project Manager /n Sydney /n Up to $200,000 + Package DOE /n Your new companyOur client is a growing civil contractor delivering complex projects across the data centre and infrastructure sectors. With an established reputation for quality delivery and a strong pipeline of upcoming works, they are continuing to expand their project delivery team.
This is an opportunity to join a business where your contribution will have a direct impact on project outcomes, client relationships and future growth. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in delivering projects across Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra. /n Your new roleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple civil construction projects from planning through to completion. /n

Key responsibilities
include:
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources
• Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Overseeing earthworks, drainage and storm-water packages
• Managing RFI's, variations and contractual correspondence
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Supporting business development and identifying future opportunities




• Contributing to strategic business growth and project performanceThe role will involve a mix of office and site-based work across active construction projects. /n

What you'll need
to succeed
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within civil construction
• Strong background delivering earthworks, bulk earthworks, drainage and storm-water projects
• Sound understanding of contract administration, variations and commercial management
• Experience working with principal contractors, developers and subcontractors
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of surveying and construction technologies such as Trimble and Total Station equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills /n What you'll get in return
