This permanent, full time position is essential for maintaining a secure shopping environment, implementing security protocols, and leading a team of security personnel. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our operations and enhance the shopping experience for our clientele. /n

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. /n
- Lead and manage a team of security staff, providing training and support as needed. /n
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. /n
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary. /n




- Monitor surveillance systems and maintain accurate records of security activities. /n

Qualifications:
