Key responsibilities
Produce marine and aviation weather forecasts Monitor tropical cyclone developments and issue tropical cyclone alerts and warnings Monitor for severe weather events and issue alerts and warnings Deliver weather briefings to clients Forecasting shift work to support Company's 24/7 operations On site weather forecasting duties at remote offshore locations Liaise with Clients' operations personnel About you Formal qualifications in Meteorology (degree or diploma)
WMO accredited training / qualification Minimum eight years practical weather forecasting experience in Asia Pacific Preference given to experience in marine and tropical meteorology Chance to work with a specialised marine forecasting team supporting major offshore project Professional development in advanced weather forecasting, numerical weather modelling, and AI-supported weather forecasting system Competitive remuneration and advantages package
