At ShapeMakers, we bring together specialist manufacturing capabilities to supply the profiles, products and expertise that help customers create better solutions. By connecting complementary businesses across aluminium, plastics and finishing, we make it easier for customers to source, simplify and build with confidence. Backed by the Borg Group, one of Australia's most established family-owned industrial groups, ShapeMakers is supported by significant investment, national scale and strong manufacturing capability.

ShapeMakers is entering an exciting recent phase, bringing several newly acquired businesses together to create a stronger, more connected manufacturing group.

About the role

Partnering directly with the CEO, you will translate ShapeMakers' business strategy into a clear, practical people agenda. As a trusted adviser to the CEO and senior leadership team, you will provide visible, end-to-end HR leadership across the business.

You will balance pace with sound governance, strengthen leadership capability and create a consistent employee experience through a period of significant change and growth.

Champion clear communication, employee engagement and a shared culture as ShapeMakers grows

Collaborate with HR and People & Culture colleagues across the Borg Group to share best practice, contribute to strategic people initiatives and leverage specialist expertise to support business outcomes

About you

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in a growing, multi-site or operational business

Experience supporting acquisitions, business integration, organisational change or rapid growth will be highly regarded

Demonstrated ability to influence executives and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels
