Movember

Richmond

Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way. Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives.

Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a moustache-powered crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.

DO GOOD. Work for Movember. Your Mo-Mission (should You Choose To Accept It) Behind every program Movember funds, every campaign it runs, and every partnership it builds is a team of people who chose to bring their careers here. Getting the right people in the door, setting them up to succeed, and creating the conditions for them to grow is not a support function sitting alongside the mission. It is how the mission gets delivered.

As Manager, Talent and People Experience, you'll own four connected pillars that cover the full arc of someone's time with Movember: talent acquisition and employer brand; onboarding and induction; talent management and succession; and workforce planning. From the first time a candidate hears Movember's name through to the moment they're ready for whatever the mission asks of them next, this role shapes that experience.

It's a genuinely global role. Movember operates across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Canada, and the US, and you'll work across all six markets in partnership with People Partners, people leaders, and the wider People team. You'll own end-to-end recruitment across all markets, running structured and inclusive processes that hiring managers trust and candidates remember for the right reasons.

You'll build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, coach people leaders in briefing, interviewing, and offer management, and lead Movember's employer brand in partnership with the Head of Talent and People Experience and the Creative team.

On the people experience side, you'll own the global onboarding journey from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, administer Movember's cyclical talent management calendar including calibration and talent matrix processes, and contribute to succession planning for critical roles and emerging talent across the organisation.

Systems sit underneath all of it. You'll contribute to the administration, configuration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of Movember's talent technology, and you'll be expected to actively look for opportunities to remove manual effort through automation. We want someone who sees AI and emerging technology as a practical chance, not a future conversation.

This role also carries influence beyond the People team. You'll act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries from employees and managers globally, represent Movember externally at industry events and in professional networks, and bring emerging practice back into the organisation. Thought leadership matters here because a small global team cannot afford to learn everything the hard way.

Based in Melbourne, full-time permanent.
