Premium Rates | Long-Term Project | Modern Underground Fleet PMM Personnel is currently seeking experienced Charge Up Operators to join a growing underground mining operation at the Merlin Mine Site.

This is an excellent prospect to secure premium rates, super paid on all hours worked, an even-time roster and long-term project stability while working on a modern underground mining fleet.

About the Role

Operate underground charge-up equipment safely and efficiently

Charge production and development headings

Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks

Maintain compliance with explosives handling procedures

Work closely with production and development crews

Support production targets and site requirements





Maintain safe operating practices at all times

Essential Requirements

Previous Underground Charge Up Experience

Experience Operating Charmec Equipment Highly Regarded

Underground Hard Rock Mining Experience

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Current Shotfirer's Licence Highly Regarded

Strong Commitment to Safety

Ability to Pass a Full Pre-Employment Medical

Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening

Clean National Police Clearance Required
