Want to run your own desk without someone looking over your shoulder?

We're a small, friendly team of five looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to join us as soon as possible. You'll be one of just one or two people in accounts, reporting directly to our Finance Manager, so your work will be valued and visible every day.

About the role You'll look after the full AP/AR function, including processing supplier invoices and payments, managing debtors and following up overdue accounts, reconciling accounts, and keeping records accurate and up to date. If you enjoy variety, there's also the opportunity to lend a hand with customer service and reception when the team needs it.





What we're looking for You'll have previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and customers. You're organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently, and you're happy to pitch in where needed in a small office.
