As our

Administration Assistant , you’ll be an important part of Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, providing a warm welcome to children and families while supporting our Centre Director and team with the day-to-day administration that keeps our centre running smoothly.

Whether you’re an experienced administrator or have strong customer service and organisational skills that you’re ready to bring to a new environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role As our Administration Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Centre Director and wider team to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support.

In This Role, You’ll

Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline

Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Complete key business administration tasks

Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families

Help create a warm and welcoming first impression for families and visitors

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre

About Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street Located in a residential area close to

Nambour Hospital, local schools and shops , making the centre convenient for local families.





Five learning rooms providing early learning and care for children from

six weeks to school age .

Open

6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday , with a focus on providing flexibility for families, including those working shifts.

Outdoor environments combine natural and built elements including sandpits, veggie patches, a fort, mud kitchen, bike paths, a worm farm and shaded play areas.

Strong focus on sustainability, exploration and learning through play.

Experienced team, with many educators having been with the centre for

4 to 6 years and some for more than 10 years .

Strong relationships with local schools help support children as they make the transition from Kindergarten to Prep.
