Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from concept through to completion, managing programmes, resources, budgets, deliverables and quality across multi-residential projects.
Lead and coordinate the
multi-residential
team, driving design quality, technical excellence and successful project outcomes.
Lead design reviews across projects and contribute to studio-wide design reviews, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and design excellence.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while mentoring and developing team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.

About you:
QLD Registration highly regarded
Minimum 10 years' post-Masters experience
Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex projects across multi-residential projects
Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects
Advanced Revit proficiency and a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
