Ideally, someone who is 3 or so years out of their apprenticeship and has experience working on high end architectural residential projects. There is chance to grow within the team into a leading hand role. Predominantly working within a team of motivated driven individuals, comprising of qualified carpenters and apprentices and at time required to work solo. Our works range between Metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Key responsibilities
High-quality carpentry and general building work Reading and interpreting plans and specifications Communicating professionally with clients and other trades Taking ownership of your work and ensuring a high standard of finish
