Summary McAuley College, Beaudesert is seeking an innovative Program Leader (Data and Performance) to drive data-informed decision-making, enhance student outcomes, and lead strategic initiatives that support excellence in teaching, learning, and school improvement.

Work hours:

30.00 hours per week

Salary:

$86,601 - $124,725 per annum + Middle leader Tier 2 Allowance + 12.75% Super

Status:

Full Time Continuing

This is a continuing teaching appointment, with an initial appointment into the Middle Leader position including Middle Leader Allowance, concluding at the end of the current triennium (December 2029).



Two subsequent three-year appointments with the Middle Leader Allowance can be offered subject to satisfactory performance in the position and the ongoing existence of the position.
