Senior Digital BA – Digital
• 5+ years of total BA experience.
• Strong domain experience in banking, financial services, insurance domains
• 1 end-to-end application implementation experience as LBA/SBA.
• Experience in programs involving multiple technology stack and integration context.
• Experience in working with frontend applications and user journeys (eg. AEM, ReactJS etc.)
• Experience in working with backend applications (case management, rules engine, content management etc.) and platforms (Pega, SendGrid etc.)
• Solid technical stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BAU support projects, managing enhancement backlog, incidents, and platform requirements
• Successful business transformation credentials.




• 5 years of work experience in international markets (Australia, Europe, or the US).
• Experience with Agile delivery across organizations. Good To Have
• Exposure to handling multiple dotted-line stakeholders.
• Background in process improvement.
