• RSA
• Previous a la carte restaurant experience in Australia
• Must be able to carry 3 plates
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to keep up in a busy setting
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
• Must be available at least 2 out of 3 days during the weekend.
