Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, this pivotal role is your chance to be at the heart of customer service and operational coordination in a fast-paced, supportive setting. /n You’ll be a key part of the delivery team that juggles multiple roles in one, booking customer deliveries, registrations for deliveries, liaising with the pre-delivery team to make sure that the vehicles are ready, deal finalising and vehicle handover, — all while keeping communication flowing across internal departments. This is a fast paced busy role that will keep you on your toes /n /n What You’ll Bring to the Team: /n /n
- QT accreditation is preferable however training can be provided. /n
- Strong communication skills paired with solid computer literacy. /n
- Previous admin experience, ideally involving vehicle deliveries or dealership operations. /n
- Strong Customer Service skills /n
- Experience with vehicle acquisitions and cancellations. /n
- Understanding or exposure to automotive sales paperwork. /n
