5am - 1pm About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and practical

Process Worker

to join our small processing team at our Chinderah facility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a close team, is comfortable with physical and repetitive work, and takes pride in doing their job properly. The role involves a range of processing, preparation, packing and cleaning tasks, with training provided to the successful applicant. Key responsibilities include: Preparing feed for lobster production

Processing seafood products

Cleaning workspaces and equipment

Following established processes and instructions

Working safely and maintaining required hygiene standards

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and Workplace Health and Safety guidelines

Working cooperatively with the processing team and assisting with other duties as required

About You





We’re looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and works well as part of a small team. You will ideally demonstrate: A strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliability and consistency in attendance

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 20kgs

A willingness to learn and take direction

Comfortable working in a cold environment

Previous experience in seafood processing, food production, manufacturing, packing, warehousing, hospitality or similar hands-on work would be an advantage, but is not essential. A forklift license is also an advantage but is not essential. Requirements

Own reliable transport and the ability to consistently travel to our Chinerdah facility for a 5:00am start

Full working rights in Australia

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm, with some Saturday work

Willingness to undergo pre/post-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol testing

Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 20kg
