About the Role We are seeking customer-focused Business / Finance Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with finance and insurance options while ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience. You’ll also support the sales team in achieving dealership goals and maintaining compliance with manufacturer and lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner

Prepare and process finance and insurance applications efficiently and accurately

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies

Work closely with the sales team to maximise finance penetration and customer satisfaction





Maintain robust relationships with finance and insurance partners, as well as internal staff

Provide an exceptional standard of service throughout the customer journey
