We're hiring seafood processors to join our friendly team.

About the Role: Processing fresh seafood, including filleting fish and shucking oysters Packing and preparing orders for local restaurants and retail customers Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organised workspace Supporting a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced setting

Who We're Looking For: Experience in seafood handling (filleting/shucking) is essential A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn Confidence working both independently and in a team Good communication and basic numeracy skills A current Australian Driver's Licence Must be available to work Saturdays Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and be on your feet for most of the day

What We Offer: Monday to Saturday shifts (no nights except during peak periods like Christmas & Easter) A supportive, down-to-earth team in a well-established, family-owned business Paid under the Seafood Processing Award MA000068, with above-award rates or salary package for the right candidate
