Located within the vibrant Manly Pacific precinct, Cibaria is an Italian-inspired all-day dining destination offering breakfast, lunch, pastries, coffee, gelato, and takeaway in a fast-paced coastal environment.

About the Role

Working across our café and casual dining operations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café menu items to a high standard Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures Assist with stock rotation, prep, and kitchen organisation Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a café, brunch, or fast-paced kitchen environment Strong organisational and communication skills
