Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha offering education from K – 12.

The Waymaker Program opened its doors in January 2025 to provide high-quality education for students who have been unable to attend mainstream schooling due to Anxiety,

Depression or PTSD. The Centre is located on the Carrum Downs Campus and is intended to provide a differentiated learning program in a counter-stress environment better suited to the needs and routines of these students than a mainstream setting. We seek to see these students grow and flourish in their social connectedness, wellbeing and learning, through belonging, believing and becoming in a way that equips them to live a full and purposeful life.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people within a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
